I am originally from New York City and have been a painter in the Seattle area for over 20 years.  My art training includes the completion of a full-time atelier program at Gage Academy of Fine Art in Seattle, WA, (2012-2014) where I was trained in the creation of classical, representational art.  My specialties are drawing, painting and printmaking.

After working for the US federal government and teaching science, I encorporate social issues and scientific concepts into many of my projects.  I feel passionately that we need to engage with our nation's domestic and international polices to forward the causes of human rights and environmental protection.  My art is my contribution to that conversation. 

I moved my home and studio to Roslyn, Washington in 2016 where I also practice hypnotherapy.
